Seven of the Explorers and myself went scuba diving one evening and while there we decided to make their investiture memorable. There were of course one or two problems (like not being able to speak when you have a breathing regulator stuck in your mouth) but with a bit of ingenuity all went "swimmingly" (pun intended).
